An initial evaluation will be performed to assess range of motion, strength and movement patterning. Patients will receive an individualized plan of care including manual techniques (dry needling, cupping, soft tissue massage and joint mobilizations) as well as strengthening and corrective exercises to alleviate pain, resume normal activities and avoid further injury. We believe in empowering our patients by educating them on their role throughout each phase of recovery.

Dry Needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate the underlying muscle, connective tissue or myofascial trigger point. When the needle is inserted, it physically stretches the tissue and creates a lesion. This reduces tissue tension and normalizes local inflammation. Dry Needling is effective for treating both acute and chronic conditions. There is no additional costs or fees when adding dry needling to a patient's plan of care.
