Physical Therapy

An initial evaluation will be performed to assess range of motion, strength and movement patterning. Patients will receive an individualized plan of care including manual techniques as well as strengthening and corrective exercises to alleviate pain, resume normal activities and avoid further injury. We believe in empowering our patients by educating them on their role throughout each phase of recovery.

Sports Medicine Rehabilitation

Whether you're a weekend warrior or a collegiate athlete, our goal is to help you stay active during your training and recovery. We understand the needs of an athlete and believe it is important to understand the demands required for each specific sport. We have experience working with gymnasts, dancers, cheerleaders, runners and golfers.

Vestibular Rehabilitation

Vestibular rehabilitation uses a combination of oculomotor, balance and positional exercises to assist with symptoms in patients with vestibular disorders. Symptoms often include vertigo, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, difficulty with balancing and/or walking and motion sensitivity. Dizziness is not a normal symptom at any age. Often times vertigo is easily treated with full resolution of symptoms in 1-2 visits.

Common disorders treated include:

- Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)

- Vestibular Neuritis

- Labyrinthitis

- Post Concussion Syndrome

- Cervicogenic Dizziness

Integrative Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate the  underlying muscle, connective tissue or myofascial trigger point. When the needle is inserted, it physically stretches the tissue and creates a lesion. This reduces tissue tension and normalizes local inflammation. Dry Needling is effective for treating both acute and chronic conditions. There is no additional costs or fees when adding dry needling to a patient's plan of care.
