About Us

Dr. Amanda Fultineer, PT, DPT, OCS

Amanda is the owner of Balanced Physical Therapy & Sports Performance. Amanda was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences in 2008 from The Ohio State University. While at OSU, she competed on the Varsity Women's Gymnastics team. She then attended Temple University and graduated in 2011 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy with experience treating a wide variety of spine, TMJ, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle injuries. She has taken multiple continuing education courses and has over 11 years of experience treating both simple and complex vestibular disorders. She is certified in FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Level 1 and 2 as well as Integrative Dry Needling.

Amanda's interest in physical therapy began as an athlete where she received care for different injuries she sustained during her 10 years as a gymnast. Her passion has been to give back to the sport that has given her so much. She has developed strength and conditioning programs for gymnastics teams and has been providing physical therapy services on site to the USAG team at Sonshine Gymnastics since 2017.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, children, Mason and Samantha and dogs, Clarke and Olivia. She loves a good book, running in races, yoga and most anything outdoors.

Dr. Lee Hodge, PT, DPT

Lee was born and raised in Fayetteville, NC. He received his Bachelor's degree from UNC in Chapel Hill in 2017 where he majored in Exercise & Sports Science. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the Medical University of South Caroline in Charleston, SC in 2020. Lee is certified in Dry Needling and has treated a variety of knee, shoulder, hip, foot and spine injuries.

Lee's interest in physical therapy began after watching his father recover from a major knee injury when he was younger. Motivated by the positive mental and physical effect physical therapy had on his father, Lee knew that the PT field was a perfect fit for him.

When he's not working, Lee enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife, playing Quidditch (yes, the one from Harry Potter), going to the gym and anything food related!
