Amanda is the owner of Balanced Physical Therapy & Sports Performance. Amanda was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences in 2008 from The Ohio State University. While at OSU, she competed on the Varsity Women's Gymnastics team. She then attended Temple University and graduated in 2011 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. She is a firm believer in continuing to learn and grow as a clinician to provide high quality care to her patients. Additional training and certifications include:

Amanda's interest in physical therapy began as an athlete where she received care for different injuries she sustained during her 10 years as a gymnast. Her passion has been to give back to the sport that has given her so much. She has developed strength and conditioning programs for gymnastics teams and was the head provider for the USAG team at Sonshine Gymnastics from 2017-2025.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, children, Mason and Samantha and their pup, Griff. She loves a good book, lifting weights, yoga and most anything outdoors.
Erin is a native of Cary, NC. In 2016, she graduated from UNC Wilmington with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise science, and a minor in Psychology. In 2019, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Erin is certified in:

- Clinical Management of the Fitness Athlete: Pregnancy & Postpartum
- Training in The Ready State Movement & Mobility 101 & 102
Erin grew up playing competitive travel soccer, and became interested in physical therapy after rehabbing multiple concussions and hip injuries. She experienced firsthand the healing power of PT, and is committed to sharing this with her patients.
In her free time, Erin enjoys traveling, gardening, snowboarding, and hiking with her husband, daughter Quinn and 2 dogs.
Samantha is a committed Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping patients recover and excel. Born and raised in Marco Island, Florida, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from the University of Central Florida (UCF). While at UCF, she played collegiate club volleyball, where an injury and subsequent rehab ignited her interest in physical therapy. She later relocated to North Carolina to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Methodist University, graduating in 2020.
With a focus on her patients’ aspirations, Samantha tailors treatment plans to help them return to their sports, activities, or daily lives stronger and with renewed confidence. Certifications and trainings of note include:
